Bed and Guide ways –Bed is made of close grained graded casting and heavily ribbed for high rigidity.The hand scrapped V-flat table guide ways lined with Turcite ‘B’ linear bearing material to prevent stick slip motion. Workhead – Workhead spindle speed infinetely variable through DC OR AC drive. Work head spindle hardened and ground runs on precision antifriction bearing P4 grade. Shoe centreless arrangement for job holding. Infeed Systems – Comprises of hardened & ground feed screw for high positioning accuracy & nut provided with backlash adjustment. Dressing Device –Dresser is mounted on Main table. Radius dressing device for form grinding. Dressing compensation available in Automatic grinding cycle. Hydraulic and coolant unit – Hydraulic P.P with DC solenoid valves & Coolant unit are housed outside the machine as a seperate unit to facilitate easy maintainance.
